Position Overview
As a Custom Home Construction Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of luxury home construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage custom home projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
