An Interim Nurse Director, Women's & Neonatal, is needed to lead day-to-day nursing operations for an Oregon facility. The Interim Director will focus on current initiatives including NICU capacity, survey readiness, and staff bandwidth. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining top-tier quality and patient satisfaction scores, managing budgets and staffing, and fostering staff engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in women's and children's services. Must be adept at navigating regulatory requirements and possess strong communication, operational, and change management skills. Seeking a highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Bachelor's degree is required. Active OR RN license is required.

Compensation Range : $175,000 to $185,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
