Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and appearance of our properties. Your efforts will directly contribute to a great living experience for our residents.

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of properties, addressing repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to enhance the overall resident experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regularly monitor properties for any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and individual apartment units.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and repair appliances as required.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasionally provide on-call support (trip stipend provided for after-hours calls).
• Foster a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $20- $30 / hour depending on experience, plus a potential bonus of 5%.
