We invite you to be a part of our dedicated team as we are currently hiring a Staff Development Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities :
- Develop, evaluate, and control the quality of in-service educational programs in alignment with established policies and procedures.
- Organize the preparation, scheduling, and selection of instructional materials, equipment, and training aids to provide an impactful and modern in-service program.
- Prepare a monthly In-Service calendar and distribute it to facility personnel promptly.
- Coordinate CPR training for all licensed nursing personnel to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Implement recommendations from the Continuous Quality Improvement team related to the educational needs of the facility.

Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of a Connecticut approved RN program.MUST possess current certification as a Nurse Aide.Ability to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a height of at least 3 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster.
