A company is looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide remote social service support coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Field a high volume of phone calls and online chats
Conduct assessments to determine individuals' goals and preferences
Educate individuals about available resources and facilitate referrals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in social work, case management, care coordination, or related fields
Ability to document interactions and relevant information in computer systems
Availability to work within the helpline's operational hours (Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Central Time)
Fluency or conversational ability in Spanish is encouraged
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others
