Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year consulting programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Drive digital transformation initiatives and cloud modernization across global enterprises. Manage P&L responsibilities for strategic accounts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Develop and execute account growth strategies, leveraging consultative selling and solution-based approaches. Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple time zones and geographies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance across all program phases. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions. Provide thought leadership in business process optimization, IT strategy, and emerging technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise : 18+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or technology delivery leadership.

Preferred technical and professional experience : Must have recent experience in large consulting firms. Demonstrated success in managing programs with large budgets. Strong background in business development, complex deal negotiation, and contract management. Experience working with Fortune 100 clients and / or federal agencies. Exceptional communication, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Prior consulting experience with Oracle or SAP platforms is required.
