Accounts Receivable Specialist

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE.

Connect Staffing  is seeking a skilled  Accounts Receivable Specialist  for a promotion products manufacturing company in the city of Garden Grove, CA.

Schedule :  8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Monday through Friday

Requirements of an Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Minimum of 6 months of Account Receivable experience.
• Must have effective problem-solving skills
• Must have e xcellent and effective written, communication, and  customer service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Self-motivated with effective independent research skills
• Prior experience in roles such as Accounts Receivable, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Accounting Assistant is a plus!
