automation, robotics, and advanced CNC machine tools , we're seeking an

experienced CNC Associate

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career while helping take a 75-year-old company into the future of precision manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines from blueprints

Work with Engineering on setup streamlining and process improvements

Perform dimensional inspections using standard, complex, and automated instruments

Apply CAD / CAM programming skills for machining processes

Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, cutting tools, holders, and tooling grades

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on shop equipment and automation cells

Travel occasionally for training (expenses paid)

What We're Looking For

Hands-on machinist experience with

multi-axis CNC setup & operation

Strong math, reasoning, and mechanical aptitude

Familiarity with

ISO 9001 : 2015

standards

CNC programming experience (skills testing required)

Trade school certification or equivalent combination of education / experience

Ability to work overtime as needed

Must pass pre-employment physical & drug screen

Shifts Available

1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (shift premium available)

3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (shift premium available)
