Remote - Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (ORC Core HR Talent OTL)

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on development experience across ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Core HR Talent Management and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) . The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in building ORC integrations with third-party ATS background check onboarding and HR systems and supporting the full ATS Hire Core HR data flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC integrations using OIC REST / SOAP APIs HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL and other Oracle Cloud tools.
• Support the full Recruiting & Hiring lifecycle including requisition creation candidate flow offer process hiring and Core HR data movement.
• Develop custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher across ORC Core HR Talent and OTL modules.
• Build and maintain Fast Formulas for eligibility rules validations approvals and data transformation.
• Support data conversion / migration activities (candidates requisitions job templates employee data timecard data).
• Configure and troubleshoot ORC Core HR Talent and OTL technical components workflows and approval rules.
• Assist end users HR teams and TA teams with issue resolution testing (CRP / SIT / UAT) and production support.
• Integrate ORC with external systems such as background check vendors job boards onboarding systems and HR / payroll apps .
• Provide technical guidance on improving ATS processes hiring flows Core HR employee lifecycle and OTL processing.
