Fi is looking for a SeniorProduct Manager!

This is a high-impact role that sits at the center of our growth. Youll work across product engineering design operations and go-to-market teams to drive initiatives that activate new sales channels deepen customer loyalty and strengthen the core Fi experience. Your work will directly shape how millions of pet parents engage with Fi and will improve the lives of pets everywhere.

What Youll Do :

• Lead Product Strategy & Execution : Define the long-term vision for Fis core experiences and translate it into a clear actionable roadmap. Youll influence critical decisions align cross-functional partners and lead initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deliver Cross-Functional Impact : Partner closely with engineering design hardware data support and marketing teams. You bring clarity to ambiguity unite teams around shared goals and ensure that execution stays aligned with strategy.
• Turn Data Into Insight : Leverage analytics to uncover opportunities diagnose friction and evaluate product performance. You use data to guide decisions drive prioritization and inspire a culture of learning.
• Elevate the Customer Experience : Shape every step of the customer journeyfrom onboarding to long-term retention. You identify where experiences can be improved and design intuitive solutions that make Fi indispensable.
• Launch Features That Drive the Business : Lead launches that improve satisfaction loyalty and growth. You consistently raise the bar for quality and deliver value with every release.

$150000 - $210000 a year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15000$210000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors including skills experience market conditions and role scope which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
