A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding self-pay collections and overdue bills
Follow up on assigned self-pay accounts and resolve inquiries or issues
Develop and manage organization policies on collection practices
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and MS Office
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 30 PM MST
