A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative Remote (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide timely updates while ensuring outstanding customer service
Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to work occasional overtime
