Position Summar
The Audit Team Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the team that supports CVR accounts throughout Indiana using IN BMV terminals and CVR systems. This individual will lead the team responsible for receiving and auditing our customers' BMV documentation, while also managing communication with both clients and state agencies. The Supervisor will use their BMV and audit expertise to coach team members, maintain compliance, and meet revenue and retention goals through strategic account support and operational excellence.
Position Responsibilties
- Lead and manage a team of BMV Specialists and support staff
- Provide training, mentorship, and daily guidance to ensure consistent service excellence
- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and complex BMV issues
- Develop and implement workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure service levels and quality standards are achieved
- Maintain expert-level understanding of IN BMV processing and CVR system functionality
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with BMV policies and internal procedures
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to support account retention and growth
- Administer and improve billing procedures and audit reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Product) to identify process improvements
- Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication
- Represent the department in management meetings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications and Job Requirements :
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in BMV services or the auto industryAdvanced knowledge of IN BMV processing and Green Screen transactionsDemonstrated experience with audits and regulatory complianceProficiency with CVR systems and related BMV platforms preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer serviceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office softwareExperience using Salesforce or other CRM systemsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently and leading a team with minimal supervisionExceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to lift up to 10 lbs and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion such as typing and handling paperworkCompensation : $70,000 - $76,000
