Senior Manager Of Implementation

Cintas is currently looking for a Senior Manager Of Implementation. The Senior Manager Of Implementation will provide strategic direction on new business opportunities and ensure implementation partners deliver profitable and sustainable business using strong project / product management skills. Responsibilities include direct management of Implementation Project Managers / Implementation Specialists, driving all Implementation team projects to successful completion, lead and participate in customer meetings, implementing process improvement, suggesting and driving product innovation and operational capabilities to support customer needs and managing escalated project issues.

Skills / Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years product and / or project management with revenue generating responsibilities required.
• Previous experience leading a team required.
• Previous experience collaborating with customers and employees from multiple departments to complete a project required.
• Proficient in multiple systems to include Internet / Intranet, Email with Calendar Management, Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience in communicating in writing and verbally with employees and customers at all levels of an organization.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,300 - $103,400 / Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and / or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
