Associate Veterinarian – Surgery Only | $150,000–$200,000 / year (DOE)

If your perfect day involves scrubs, a scalpel, and a surgical suite—not wellness exams or dentals—you're in the right place. We're a referral-only practice that focuses exclusively on surgery and outpatient diagnostics, offering primary care veterinarians an affordable alternative to specialty hospitals. Translation : you get to do the cool stuff without the burnout.

What You'll Do :

• Perform 2–3 surgeries per day (TPLOs, lateral cruciate, FHOs, splenectomies, stenotic nares, and more)
• Use in-operative digital radiography, surgical laser, and full TPLO setups
• Handle diagnostics and interpret results
• Guide pet owners through treatment decisions and postoperative expectations
• Support patients with compassionate end-of-life care
• Keep thorough medical records and uphold ethical, high-standard care
