Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance / Sales Manager to join our successful dealership. You will present financing options and car buying opportunities to customers and provide support to the sales team.
In this role, you will build relationships, follow proven sales strategies, and uphold the dealership’s high ethical standards.

Responsibilities
Create and track key benchmarks for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfactionCreate financing plans and payment options for customersMaintain a high level of customer service and ethical standardsCoordinate with lending institutionsPrepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactionsProvide support to the sales manager and salespeopleMaintain inventory of finance department suppliesQualifications
At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is requiredValid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record are mandatoryMust have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customersBasic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency required
