Key Responsibilities
Respond to Team Member inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies
Process benefits administration tasks including enrollment changes and compliance reporting
Support Leave of Absence administration and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in HR operations or benefits administration
Knowledge of compliance regulations related to HR and benefits
Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management tools
