This role is primarily on-site, with hybrid remote flexibility available after the first 90 days. Note This role is ideal for attorneys with 0 to 2 years of experience. Ohio Bar admission is required or candidates must be actively eligible to sit for or recently passed the Ohio Bar. About Our Client Our client is a long-standing litigation law firm with deep roots in Southwest Ohio and a reputation for high-quality defense work. They represent businesses, insurance carriers, and employers across a wide range of civil matters and are known for their mentorship-focused, collaborative culture. Job Description Assist with insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution Support partners and senior associates with depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda Gain exposure to premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defects, fire losses, subrogation, and coverage disputes Work closely with experienced attorneys and receive structured training and guidance Collaborate with paralegal and legal support staff to develop strong case management skills Qualifications 0 to 2 years of civil or criminal litigation experience Active Ohio Bar license or bar eligibility Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Why Youll Love Working Here True mentorship from experienced litigators, not sink-or-swim training Early courtroom and case exposure to accelerate your development Supportive environment that encourages questions and learning Long-term career stability at a firm that invests in its people Balanced workload with realistic expectations for junior attorneys JPC-603 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
