We're hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality efforts in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead a hands-on quality team, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, UL standards, and customer requirements.
Oversee UL certification processes, including UL 94, UL 508A, and component certifications.
Prepare for and manage internal, external, and customer audits.
Supervise quality inspections for PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal parts.
Maintain all quality documentation — control plans, work instructions, specifications, and compliance records.
Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze key quality metrics (yield, defect rates, customer returns) and present actionable insights.
Mentor and develop a dedicated QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of quality assurance experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience leading certification efforts.
Hands-on experience with UL certifications (UL 94, UL 508A).
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and RoHS compliance.
Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem solving.
Proven leadership and communication abilities at all levels of the organization.
Experience inspecting precision sheet metal components and assemblies.
Knowledge of DMT/DFR processes and RMA handling.
Bonus Points For:
CQA certification (Certified Quality Auditor).
ERP and QMS software experience.
Background in high-reliability electronics manufacturing.
