Job Title : GIS Engineer / Data Manager

Location : Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 Months Contract with extension for 12 more Months

Job Description :

Scope / Background : Provide experienced GIS professionals to support maintain upgrade and expand Clients enterprise GIS environment and applications. Includes technical support system administration GIS analysis database management development training migration and modernization of infrastructure.

Project Overview : Client seeks EGIS support to modernize and stabilize ArcGIS (Pro Portals 10.6.1 / 11.1) Oracle 19c Image Server and Geo Event. Tier 1 end-user support; Tier 2 infrastructure / data engineering; Tier 3 enterprise architecture / roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain enterprise Oracle geodatabases (versioned and branch).
Develop and optimize ETL workflows using ArcPy and FME.
Manage LRS data structures and event tables for R&H.
Implement schema updates reconciliations compress operations and performance tuning.
Coordinate data QA / QC and metadata management for authoritative layers.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in GIS Computer Science or Data Engineering.

8 years of enterprise geodatabase management experience.

Strong command of Oracle 19c ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Server and R&H administration.

FME certification or equivalent ETL experience preferred.
