Job Title : Associate Dentist

Location : Multiple Locations (Federal Way, Olympia, Puyallup, Graham, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Tacoma)

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is eager to learn and grow with us. Whether you are a recent graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for a new opportunity, we welcome you to become a part of our team. Your commitment to excellence and dedication to patient care are qualities we value.

Compensation and Benefits :

Daily guarantee for the first 90 days : $650-900 (DOE)

After 90 days : 30% of collections

  • Opportunities for mentorship and career advancement (associate doctors will have mentorship from senior doctors for more advanced procedures such as surgical extractions (including wisdom extractions), implants, root canals, conscious IV sedation, etc.
  • Access to a diverse patient base
  • Advanced equipment including CBCT

Requirements :

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
  • Strong desire for personal and professional growth
  • Resilient mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
