A company is looking for a Vice President of Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for development projects and prepare economic analyses
Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate development opportunities and track project budgets
Engage with stakeholders and oversee the workflow of consultants and service providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related major; graduate degree is a plus
10 years of relevant commercial real estate transaction and financial analysis experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus
Self-motivated and proactive in managing deliverables and professional development
Ability to handle large volumes of work and manage workflow effectively
