Board Certified Behavior Analyst - St. Louis County, MO (Accepting New Graduates)

Job Description :

We're seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA with a passion for early intervention and social skill development. The ideal candidate values client dignity and autonomy and aligns with a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach that honors each child's strengths, interests, and pace of learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.

Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide parent support and training.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and integrate best practices into service delivery.

Qualifications :

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

New graduates are welcome.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
