Mobile Onboarding Engineer (REMOTE)

Reporting into the Senior Director of Onboarding & Implementation you will help us lead the delivery of white-labeled mobile applications for new enterprise this role youll bridge the gap between product engineering customer success and design customizing configuring and deploying mobile apps that reflect each clients brand while maintaining platform integrity and scalability.

Youll work across iOS and Android codebases manage build pipelines and collaborate closely with clients to ensure smooth fast and successful app launches.

Some of the other responsibilities include :

App Customization & Delivery

Configure brand and deploy white-labeled mobile apps (iOS and Android) for new customers.

Implement client-specific features theming and integrations using established SDKs and APIs.

Manage app signing provisioning and store submission processes.

Onboarding Implementation

Collaborate with customer success managers designers and backend engineers to translate customer requirements into deliverables.

Own the technical onboarding journey for mobile customers from initial scoping to go-live.

Build and maintain automation tools for faster app builds CI / CD and configuration management.

Quality & Support

Conduct QA performance validation and release readiness checks.

Diagnose and resolve build or runtime issues during onboarding.

Maintain documentation and internal tools to streamline onboarding workflows.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Act as the technical liaison between engineering and customer success during implementation.

Gather feedback from onboarding experiences to improve the core white-label framework and tooling.

• The average base salary pay range for this position is $70000 to $80000
• May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
• Location : You can work fully remote in this position provided you have eligible working rights in the United States and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Required qualifications for this role :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience in mobile development (Swift Kotlin React Native or Flutter).

Experience with app theming configuration-driven design and continuous integration.

Strong understanding of mobile app distribution (App Store Play Store EMM).

Excellent communication and project coordination skills with client-facing experience.

Familiarity with REST APIs Firebase analytics and mobile build systems.

Desired Qualifications :

Experience in white-label or multi-tenant mobile platforms.

Knowledge of fastlane Gradle or similar automation frameworks.

Understanding of backend integration and API versioning during onboarding.

Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
