Job Summary

Quickparts seeks a detail-oriented CNC Programmer with expertise in operating and programming various CNC equipment. In this role, you'll transform engineering prints into precisely machined parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will be pivotal in our manufacturing processes, working with cutting-edge technology to deliver components that meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machinery to produce parts accurately from prints and verbal instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform basic operations on manual machinery as required.
• Assist in the efficient set-up of CNC equipment for production runs.
• Interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and specifications.
• Utilize various CAD / CAM software effectively for part programming and optimization.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
