Hybrid flexibility :

• Orlando preferred, Florida residents only.
• What You’ll Do Oversee and lead a team of digital marketers managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and beyond).
• Design scalable systems and processes for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve performance, efficiency, and insight generation.
• Review analytics and performance dashboards using GA4, Looker, Fluency, and emerging AI-driven platforms.
• Develop strategic playbooks to increase client ROI and campaign consistency across accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, copy, and account teams to align messaging and metrics.
• Coach and develop your team — empowering marketers to think critically, execute efficiently, and perform at their peak.
• What You Bring 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of paid search, paid social, and performance marketing platforms.
• Expertise in analytics and data visualization (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, and creative production.
• Proven track record of improving team efficiency through automation, process design, and KPI management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
