[job_card.job_description]Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operating room environment. Utilize aseptic techniques in preparing for surgical procedures. Assist with patient positioning and transporting while ensuring their safety and comfort. Act as a Second Assistant as needed and anticipate the Surgeon's needs during procedures. Ensure communication with the surgical team regarding equipment and supply readiness. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. The position does not require prior experience, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with manual dexterity for surgical tasks. Must be capable of pushing / pulling with a force of 30 lbs. Exposure to various hazards (mechanical, chemical, etc.) is expected, along with wearing protective gear.

Pay Range : $26.10 - $39.15
