Join us as a Clinical Nurse on O'Neil 5, a vibrant 30-bed Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit! You will provide essential care for patients recovering from diverse conditions, including stroke, joint replacements, limb salvage, and stable tracheostomies. Your role will be vital in supporting patients who require heparin drips, with an average length of stay around 10 days. This setting allows for the establishment of meaningful connections with patients and a chance to influence their rehabilitation journey. We pride ourselves on a manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 5 : 1, complemented by an average of three patient care techs per shift. Our collaborative and patient-centered atmosphere prioritizes teamwork and delivers exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering skilled and compassionate care to a variety of patients and their families.
• Assessing changing patient conditions and identifying both actual and potential health concerns.
• Creating tailored care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
