Regional HVAC Sales Manager needs five (5) years of sales experience in the HVAC or building automation industry.
Regional HVAC Sales Manager requires :
- Industry Experience : HVAC or Building Automation Sales
- Experience with airflow and pressure management systems is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating complex mechanical environments and understand the sales cycle related to engineered products in commercial or institutional facilities.
- Channel Partner & Territory Management
- Proven ability to manage sales through channel partners managing exclusive territory for each channel partner.
- Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships across a sales territory.
- Must possess the ability to understand explain and sell technical concepts. Especially those related to HVAC airflow pressure and critical environment controls.
- Comfortable engaging in conversations with engineers facility managers and contractors and translating product capabilities into value-based solutions.
