Overview

The receptionist / legal secretary is responsible for being the first point of contact within the law firm for clients, guests and staff. This role will also provide other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior legal reception and / or legal secretarial support is strongly preferred.

Work Hours : MONDAY - FRIDAY : 8AM - 5PM

• NO NIGHTS / WEEKENDS

Position Details : This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Co mpensation : $19.00-20.00 USD per hour, DOE.
