You'll inspect systems, spot hazards, identify defects, and make adjustments that keep everything running smoothly.

This maintenance role requires someone with 2-5 years of experience , strong technical ability, and the patience to deal with equipment that occasionally acts like it needs emotional support. You'll follow clear instructions, stay productive in a loud environment, and work as part of a team that values communication and reliability. Safety programs, training sessions, compliance procedures, and company meetings will all be part of your routine - because good maintenance work starts with good habits.
