About The Role :

Were looking for a highly organized proactive Creative Project Manager to join our growing brand team. This person will be the central hub for creative work managing project intake and delegation and then working with the team to facilitate the delivery of projects across marketing product events and executive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project Intake & Prioritization : Manage and optimize the flow of requests into the creative studio. Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs scope and deadlines.
• Scheduling & Resource Management : Balance priorities across designers writers and external partners. Ensure the right work is happening at the right time.
• Process & Workflow : Build and refine creative operations processes (briefs approvals reviews). Help the team deliver efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Communication & Alignment : Act as the bridge between stakeholders and creatives translating business needs into actionable creative projects.
• Tracking & Reporting : Monitor project progress flag risks and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Culture & Growth : Support a positive high-performing design culture. Be hungry to grow into larger leadership responsibilities over time.
