Exceldor coopérative est à la recherche d’un chef projets infrastructures . Relevant du Directeur principal projets opérationnels, le titulaire du poste planifie, organise, dirige, contrôle les projets CAPEX d’infrastructure en lien avec le plan directeur immobilier de la coopérative.

Responsabilités

  • Proposer et orienter les investissements CAPEX en infrastructure pour les 4 sites Exceldor au Québec ;
  • Responsable du maintien et de l’exécution du plan directeur immobilier ;
  • Participer à la réalisation des projets majeurs de manière à rencontrer les délais, les budgets et les retours sur investissements établis ;
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques, et les demandes de soumission respectant les critères et les normes de l’organisation ;
  • Élaborer, planifier et coordonner les calendriers d’exécution des projets ainsi qu’assurer le suivi des coûts afin de respecter les échéanciers et les budgets ;
  • Coordonner les travaux auprès des sous-traitants et des opérations et d’en superviser la réalisation dans le respect des normes HACCP et de santé-sécurité ;
  • Superviser l’équipe de dessinateurs industriels corporative ;
  • Assurer la mise à jour des divers plans de nos différents sites et usines ;
  • Être responsable du volet d’inspection de l’infrastructure et de la documentation ;
  • Être à l’affût des nouveautés technologiques et proposer des améliorations aux standards.

    • Qualifications requises

  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en Génie civil, mécanique ou toute autre formation pertinente ;
  • Posséder de 5 à 10 années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires (une combinaison formation / expérience différente, mais jugée équivalente sera également considérée) ;
  • Être membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Avoir déjà travaillé dans le secteur alimentaire sera considéré comme un atout important ;
  • Certification PMP PMI (un atout) ;
  • Posséder des connaissances dans les domaines du bâtiment, de la mécanique de machinerie fixe et de l’électricité ;
  • Faire preuve de connaissances en santé sécurité au travail(atout);
  • Détenir un niveau d’anglais avancé ;
  • Être orienté vers les solutions et aimer les défis ;
  • Être rigoureux, structuré et à l’écoute dans l’accomplissement de son travail ;
  • Avoir une bonne capacité de prise de décision ;
  • Bonnes compétences en communication, orales et écrites avec les clients, la direction et les collègues.
