Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to address issues related to payroll discrepancies, API integrations, and vendor communications
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth data transmission and integration processes
Utilize troubleshooting skills to manage complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in data integration, report writing, or the HR Payroll / Benefits industry
Passion for delivering outstanding Tier II customer experience
Experience with HCM software is a plus
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced role requiring teamwork and initiative
