Education at Work (E@W) is hiring Intuit Product Experts for the upcoming tax season. You'll represent Intuit (the makers of TurboTax) as an employee of E@W, helping customers by answering questions, troubleshooting, and making their experience as smooth as possible, all while gaining real-world customer service and tech support skills. We'll provide all the training you needjust bring your communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

• Help customers use TurboTax by delivering friendly and professional service over the phone.
• Answer inbound calls at the customer service center.
• Follow company policies and best practices to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer-friendly tax advice.
