    • ROLE DESCRIPTION :

    As a State Farm Agent Team Member with Housh State Farm Agency, you will create exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you a great fit for our team. You will advance your career by resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    Im Kristopher Housh, proud owner and Agent of Housh State Farm in NE Portlands Hollywood District. Since joining State Farm Insurance in 2013, Ive been motivated by my passion for helping people. Im fortunate to have my family close by here in Portland. Im a proud husband, son, brother, and dog dad. Together, we enjoy exploring the outdoors and all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
