Home Health Registered Nurse

Must-Have : Experience with Oasis preferred

Description :

Home Health RN for East Portland and surrounding areas.

Start date is as soon as possible.

Shift is 8 hours during the day.

This facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

Ratios are 1 : 1, with the possibility of visiting up to 6 patients per day.

30 productivity points are the standard.

First-time travelers are accepted.

No weekend requirements.

On-call duties are not required.

Travelers will not be expected to float between units.

The facility cannot accommodate block schedules.

Local candidates are accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate.

Pending licensure is accepted.

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

The system efficiently groups clients to minimize driving and windshield time.

An occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles may be expected, totaling a 60-90 minute drive per day.

COVID vaccination series, plus one booster, is required.

Experience with Oasis is essential.
