This role is within our Finance function : Empowering strategic decisions through expertise; fueling sustainable growth by delivering insights, managing risk, and driving value across global operations.

The Senior Accountant role is based in Hazlet, NJ, in a remote setting. Occasional in-office presence is expected approximately once or twice a quarter, in New York City and / or Hazlet / Union Beach, NJ, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records, reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and / or review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial account analyses.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Supervise accounting activities for legal entities in compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and company policies.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) center managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and other teams on deliverables and special projects.
• Manage internal and external audit processes for assigned legal entities.

Salary Ranges : $89200- $111500
