What Youll Do:


Deliver professional, friendly customer service
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What Were Looking For:


Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation & Benefits:


Pay: $13-$17 an hour with uncapped commission based on personal sales performance
Quarterly Raise Reviews with opportunities for hourly pay increases
