Job Description:
* Administer benefits including enrollment, education, claims resolution, and invoice reconciliation.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientations for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary employees.
* Manage leave administration (FMLA, ADA, disability) and employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
* Address employee relations issues - performance, corrective actions, terminations
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintaining accurate personnel files, and handling Worker's Compensation claims.
* Assist with audits, EEO reporting, and support the affirmative action program.
* Participate in meetings, and continuous improvement efforts, and ensure HR process updates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of HR experience required
* Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!
* Experience with ADP Workforce now is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8a-5p
* Location: Hybrid - 2x remote per week
* Type: Direct Hire
