The Intern role within the organisation will take on projects from initiation to completion
during the extent of their time with the team. The successful candidate will have visibility
across many functional groups (engineering operations quality logistics etc.) and will
continuously support to optimize safety manufacturing processes laboratory standard
operating procedures and assist with quality improvement projects.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead and participate in procedure and policy reviews
Focal point for the procedure and document review process
Schedule cross-functional policy and procedure reviews
Perform field observations along with subject matter experts to assist with
procedure reviews
Lead procedure review update meetings and provide KPI updates on status of
procedure reviews
Assist with SAP support
Develop framework within SAP for Laboratory Instrument Calibrations
Specific Projects (subject to changes based on needs to facility) :
Lead document review process and ensure adherence to document review KPIs
Become familiar with SAP transactions
Develop framework for Laboratory Equipment calibrations to be handled through
SAP
Present End of Term Presentation to key stakeholders advertising accomplishments
Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in an accredited University Degree Program (preferably junior or
senior) OR Bachelors in Science in Chemistry
Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree. Preferred areas of study : Industrial
Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Other Engineering disciplines will be
considered.
3.0 overall GPA or higher (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word)
