Were currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join the team!

As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of the entire property. Acting as a key liaison between residents and management you will provide exceptional service and maintain the communitys value by conducting thorough assessments and performing necessary repairs. Your role is essential in delivering a high-quality living experience for residents while upholding the standards of the property.

Responsibilities

Sound good so far Heres what youll need to thrive in this role!

• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC plumbing and electrical
• High school graduate or equivalent
• EPA type II and above certification preferred
• Air conditioning and refrigeration certification by an EPA-approved testing organization preferred
• Pool maintenance certification if required by local regulation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships
• Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training
