California Licensed Inpatient Review Nurse

A company is looking for an Inpatient Review Nurse (Must have California LVN / RN License).

Key Responsibilities

Perform reviews of inpatients with complex medical and social problems

Generate referrals to contracted ancillary service providers and community agencies

Monitor and document clinical criteria and report progress of open cases to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 3 years of general case management experience

Two years of experience in a managed care setting as an inpatient case manager

Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing Program

Must have and maintain an active LVN or RN license in California

Preferred : Associates or Bachelor's Degree
