At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is :

Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.

Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.

Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment

Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred

Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. Required.

Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment

Current BCLS Required.

Valley Regional Hospital is a general medical and surgical 25-bed hospital located on 243 Elm Street in Claremont, New Hampshire. It was established in 1893 as Cottage Hospital. As a 25-bed, 24 / 7-staffed emergency department hospital, it is the only such facility in Sullivan County.

Valley Regional Hospital has served the people of Claremont and surrounding towns for more than 100 years. Evolving with the needs of its patients, the hospital has grown from its humble start as Cottage Hospital to the modern healthcare center for excellence it is today.
