Job Summary
We are seeking a FOH staff to join the team at our busy restaurant! As a FOH staff member, you are the link between the kitchen and the Customer. You will take orders, set and clear tables, deliver food, and generally act as the liaison between the back of the house and the Customer. If youre friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet Customers as they come in
• Take and process food orders
• Answer the phone and take phone orders
• Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner
• Ensure all ordered items are packaged for customer pick up in store or the drive through window
• Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces
• Perform daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, work stations in the FOH
• Assist with close out duties
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, order taking or similar position is preferred
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
