Job Description

Are you a motivated leader with experience in the automotive industry? DealerFLEX / ParkOps is looking for a talented Event Parking Supervisor to oversee valet operations at a parking facility in East Rutherford, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Your Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead & manage the Event Parking Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily parking operations
  • Ensure efficiency & service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
  • Monitor safety & compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders – mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Supervisory experience – preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
  • Strong problem-solving ability – quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented & organized – effective management of schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license – minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record
