Key Responsibilities :

• Improve key operational performance areas
• Analyze and recommend process improvements
• Act as resource to plant manager in identifying inefficiencies and solving them
• Work with team members to develop good working relationships and high moral
• Coach supervisors in production and team member decision
• Correlate with 2nd shift USDA on a daily basis
• Faciliate information across all shifts and department
• Personally monitor all KPI and cost / lbs data on a daily basis

Implement all WOG yield measures as directed by the Plant Manager
