[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units Deliver individualized patient care using evidence-based practices and maintain clinical excellence Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience; 2 years preferred Ability to adapt to changing unit workflows and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership development Competitive pay with internal float differentials Comprehensive benefits package Work-life balance with self-scheduling options Opportunities for professional growth across multiple specialties
