Construction Training & Personnel Specialist
Are you passionate about developing talent and driving operational excellence? Do you thrive on creating streamlined onboarding experiences and impactful training programs? As a Construction Training & Personnel Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting our Construction, Talent Management, and People Operations teams—ensuring our employees have the knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed.
You’ll design and deliver engaging onboarding and training programs, standardize construction procedures, and promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across our teams.
What You’ll Do :
Coordinate and deliver onboarding experiences for new construction employees.Partner with Construction Leadership, Talent Management, and People Operations to align training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.Assist the hiring manager in the hiring process for construction professionals.Develop and maintain training programs for construction staff, including safety certifications, leadership, and technical skill development.Draft, standardize, and update construction Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on certifications and compliance tracking.Support professional development and career pathing frameworks for construction team members.Drive engagement and retention through clear communication, consistent processes, and a culture of continuous learning.What Makes You a Great Fit :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in training coordination or construction operations.Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and project coordination tools.You’re adaptive, organized, and passionate about supporting people and process improvement.You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and enjoy solving problems proactively.You value professionalism, continuous learning, and excellence in execution.Benefits Package :
