Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) in our Therapies Department for an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities :
- The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients using a variety of techniques according to established standards of care.
- This position is primarily focused on outpatient pediatric therapy.
- Therapist will also be cross-trained to provide coverage in other areas such as inpatient care, adult outpatients, and home health.
- Facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with diverse mental, emotional, and physical needs by planning and administering occupational therapy.
- Helps patient develop or regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to disabilities utilizing compensatory strategies and adaptive equipment education.
