Job Description

• Oversee performance of industrial property portfolio, including warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities.
• Develop and implement asset-level strategies to maximize ROI and property value.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics for each property.
• Lead leasing strategies, tenant relations, and lease negotiations for industrial assets.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and execution, including renovations, expansions, and maintenance projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in the industrial sector.

• Ability to analyze financial statements, assess asset performance, and develop strategies that maximize ROI and long-term value.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and coordinating with leasing, operations, and acquisitions teams.
• D emonstrated success in executing leasing strategies, capital projects, and operational improvements that enhance property performance.
• Strong understanding of industrial market trends, tenant needs, and competitive dynamics in local and regional markets.
