- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics for each property.
- Lead leasing strategies, tenant relations, and lease negotiations for industrial assets.
- Manage capital expenditure planning and execution, including renovations, expansions, and maintenance projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in the industrial sector.
